Our internships are rooted in individual growth, professional development, business exposure and project ownership. Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area of the business . Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engage ment events with fellow interns.

Program Summary

  • Duration: 1 1 weeks , Summer 2025 Dates: June 2 nd – August 15 th

  • Site Visits

  • Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with S enior leadership

  • Skills Workshops

  • Weekly Coffee Chats + Coffee with the CEO

  • Final projects and presentations

    Job Summary

    Work across the HR team and help to support the business, drive high performance, and build high performing teams. Some ways you might do this include:

  • Engagement

  • Learn all about engagement practices for the Club Support Center, Clubs and Distribution Centers

  • HR Analytics

  • Dive in to HR analyst projects to increase HR data visibility across the business.

  • HR policy

  • Review and revise HR policies, best practices, SOPs, etc.

    Qualifications

  • Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA . Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

  • Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, masters program, etc.

  • Preferred majors: HR, Communications , Psychology , Business Analytics

  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to rol l-up your sle eves and learn.   

  • Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks.  

  • Collaborative and able to influence without authority.

  • Strong communication skills and able to work cross functionally.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required .  

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $20.00.
