Main Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and lead work teams in the implementation of Continuous Improvement tools

• Lead the continuous improvement process and ensure the proper deployment of improvement solutions.

• Support operational areas in the definition and execution of new continuous improvement projects through analysis and indicators.

• Develop 6 Sigma projects in the assigned area.

• Lead 5S workshops and implementation

• ensure the execution of projects that improve the efficiency and productivity of production areas.

• Propose action plans for the different projects.

• Propose improvements and deployment of the BMS culture.

• Fostering innovation and continuous improvement culture in the company.

• Develop root cause problem solving capabilities, develop sustainable solutions and implementation of the best manufacturing practices.

Qualifications :

Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical)

Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in a similar position

• Knowledge and experience in the implementation of problem analysis tools and Manufacturing tools.

• Ability to master the methods of project management and continuous improvement of production.

-Leadership and training of teams of continuous improvement in manufacturing environments

• Successful completion of continuous improvement projects

Computer skills: Basic MS Office Computer Skill + project management

Language: fluent French and English (read, spoken and written)
