Ford Pro Tech –Data & Analytics (D&A) is a global team responsible for the strategy & delivery of 360 data services, modern business intelligence, and advanced analytics solutions powering Ford Pro. This enables Ford Pro to operate as an analytics-driven business in a highly competitive marketplace!
We are seeking a well-rounded MarTech Solutions Architect who is a subject matter expert in marketing technology architecture, marketing operations processes, and data modeling to implement the engine fueling personalized marketing experiences!
This role will report to the Director, Data & Analytics Ford Pro. D&A works in a Product Management Delivery model working end-to-end with business partners, analytics managers, product owners, product designers, data scientists, business intelligence engineers, data engineers, and software developers to deliver analytics innovation.
What you'll do...
Collaborate with marketing and internal Tech product teams to design a data model, data architecture, and data implementation roadmap which enables personalized marketing and customer experience functions. This includes MarTech platforms of AdTech, CDP, DMP, Web Optimization.
Develop and implement data, cloud & analytics tools strategy to improve marketing analytics processes and generate measurable business outcomes.
Ensure seamless data integration between different marketing technology systems and platforms, enabling automation of marketing workflows and streamlining reporting
Implement audience segmentation and look-a-like capabilities to support Performance Marketing and CRM initiatives. This includes leading data integration, wrangling curation across data domains, using 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sources.
Provide training and support to marketing and analytics teams on using marketing tools effectively, helping to troubleshoot data/technical issues and ensuring teams can leverage the tools to their full potential
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
10+ years of professional work experience in Marketing Data & Analytics
5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing transformation, MarTech platforms or Customer Integration/360 Master Data Management (MDM, CDP, Marketing Automation, Analytics Platforms, CRM)
5+ years of facilitating design workshops for business and technical partners, including discovery, design, decision, and final read-out.
4+ years’ experience working in a cross-functional, agile product team environment/analytic delivery team.
4+ years executive presentation preparation and delivery
3+ years in cloud technology solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure)
3+ years’ experience working with APIs to integrate data across platforms
5+ years’ hands on SQL experience

Master’s Degree in related field
Experience developing roadmaps for technical eco-systems to support customer-centric solutions
Implementation experience of Sales Force: Customer Data Platform, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Datorama/MC Insights, Einstein, CRM-A, Interaction Studio
Implementation experience with Adobe Analytics or Amplitude or equivalent web analytics tools.
Experience implementing Performance Marketing environments (Safe Haven, Live Ramp, Neustar, Merkery, etc)
Understanding of AdTech landscape (processes, tools, key vendors)
Experience with CRM Analytics deliverables (profiling, retention, conversion, cross-sell)
Experience in Digital Campaign Analytics (website, media optimization, creative optimization, A/B test design, engagement scoring)
Experience building dashboards using data visualization tools such as Datorama, Tableau, Qlik Sense or Power BI
Proven ability to turn customer data into marketing action and know how to measure it
Strong collaborative interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure, establish priorities and respond with urgency
Proactive, results-oriented problem-solver with great attention to details
