The Communications Designer is responsible for developing visually compelling and impactful materials that support Ford Communications projects. This role requires a talented and passionate individual with a keen eye for detail, the ability to distill data into visuals, and a collaborative spirit. You will play a vital role in bringing creative concepts to life across a variety of projects, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution. This role is responsible for all elements of graphic design work, static, and motion.

What you'll do…

  • Design visually engaging static and motion graphics for use across Ford digital and social channels.

  • Comprehend data and distill it into illustrative stories.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.

  • Stay up to date on the latest design trends and technologies.

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

You'll have…

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills.

  • 3 years of experience transforming data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

  • Have strong typography skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for the automotive industry and Ford brand is a plus.

This position is a salary grade 8.
