Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Analyst of Data Analytics to join our CRM Data Analytics practice. This role provides a unique combination of consulting, data analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.

As a member of the CRM Data Team for a major Automotive Manufacturer, you will be a core part of the audience strategy and reporting team. This team is responsible for planning audience targeting for multiple vehicle sales campaigns and measuring performance. The Senior Analyst role is responsible for analyzing campaign and customer segment performance to identify performance issues and successes; developing recommendations to optimize existing audiences and/or test new audiences, offers or communications; building program forecasts; preparing client facing presentations and presenting to clients. This role will be blend of reporting and strategic planning, with 50% of the time dedicated to identifying performance trends through analysis while the other half will be leaning in and providing strategic insights as a subject matter expert for a growing program.

Responsibilities (in addition to what’s listed above):

  • Analyze campaign and audience performance through website KPIs, vehicle sales KPIs, and email KPIs to uncover trends and develop actionable insights to inform client strategies.

  • Develop data driven audience strategies, segmentation strategies, and campaign optimizations (channel/offer/cadence/etc testing) based on program KPIs.

  • Utilize multiple data sources to create a cohesive view of audience and program performance.

  • Collaborate with multiple teams, internal and client facing, to create cohesive data strategies and program opportunities.

  • Create clear and concise presentations through data storytelling to communicate performance impact.

  • Assess client needs and requirements to ensure data strategy is adopting the appropriate approach to solve client challenges.

Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of experience with site analytics, CRM reporting, audience performance, or website personalization

  • Prior experience with reporting tools including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Power BI, Excel, Looker Studio, etc.

  • Experience developing reports focused on strategic insights with actionable recommendations.

  • Prior experience working and presenting directly to clients and internal teams

  • An understanding of methods in strategic analysis and it’s applications in customer segmentations, optimization solutions, personalization systems and forecasting

  • Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to tell a story using data

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills

  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and the capacity to learn quickly

  • Experience building a strong relationship with client stakeholders

  • Ability to initiate and drive projects from conception to completion with minimal guidance

  • Automotive experience is a valuable plus

Compensation Range: $70,000 - 110,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
