Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in event management and executive networking? Randstad Enterprise Solutions is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused individual to join our Growth Office team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our global growth through high-level executive engagements and community-building events.

Your Role:

As the Global Executive Engagement & Events Manager, you will lead the coordination and alignment of global executive events, ensuring all activities are in sync with business strategy. This role involves building out our executive community platform and developing engagement strategies for C-suite leaders from our customers. You’ll manage a mix of in-person and virtual events, coordinating with regional business partners to ensure flawless execution.

Location:

This is a remote role based in the UK. The role focuses on coordination and collaboration across regions, so travel is not required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Organize and manage executive-level engagements, including both in-person and virtual networking events, conferences, and workshops.

  • Develop a global events strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and coordination across all relevant stakeholders.

  • Work closely with regional business partners, who will execute many events locally, to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Find and prepare speakers for events, tailoring content to executive audiences.

  • Manage and expand our executive community platform, driving engagement and value exchange with C-suite leaders from global customers.

  • Track and report on event performance and executive engagement metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and value creation.

  • Explore new ways to engage C-suite leaders and ensure their ongoing involvement with our platform and events.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Over 6 years of experience in event management, executive networking, marketing, or business administration.

  • Proven track record in organizing and managing high-profile events, both in-person and virtual.

  • Strong execution skills with a focus on coordination, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work across global teams and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.

  • Experience preparing speakers and creating impactful, executive-level content.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior leaders.

  • Experience with project management tools, budgeting, and event reporting.
