The Opportunity
As part of the Finance team you manage the production and delivery of monthly financial results and construct annual interest and collections budgets. As a Manager you lead teams in strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and securing project success while maintaining elevated standards. You collaborate across departments to enhance cash flow forecasting and management, and develop senior associates.

What You Must Have
High School Diploma
4 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or FP&A with hands-on experience analyzing direct and indirect cash flow
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Cooperating across departments for cash flow management
Managing monthly results and financial presentations
Constructing annual interest and collections budget
Possessing analytical skills

The salary range for this position is: $73,000 - $240,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
