Remote Steel and Ductwork Shop Drawing Checker

Birmingham, AL

System One is currently seeking a Remote Steel and Ductwork Shop Drawing Checker on a 2+ year contract position located in Birmingham, AL.

Drawing Checker Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent

• Position requires a minimum of 10-20+ years of structural steel and/or flue gas ductwork detailing.

• Significant experience in reviewing, checking, and providing mark-ups of the fabricator's submitted shop drawings.

• Working knowledge of Bluebeam, Nirto Pro, Adobe software or similar product for providing mark-ups back to the fabricator.

  Duration: 2+ years

  Location: Birmingham, AL

  Pay Rate: $51-57/hr

  Currently working remote but will change into a hybrid/in office position, seeking candidates local to the Birmingham area.
