If you're a skilled accounting clerk with heavy PO experience, we have a great temp-to-hire opening for you! You'll support the AP department with invoice/PO matching, keying customer data into POs, posting payments, and operating the SAP system heavily. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• HEAVY purchase order processing and data entry

• Must be knowledgable of SAP and able to operate SAP with minimal supervision

• Match invoices, purchase orders, and customer numbers

• Notify accounting manager of mis-matched POs

• Navigate various customer portals to acquire POs and invoice information

• Check AP email inbox and mailbox

• Light communication with customers to confirm information if needed

• Very sedentary/back-office type of role

Skills

• Purchase Orders (3 years of experience is required)

• SAP (3 years of experience is required)

• Matching Invoices to POs (3 years of experience is required)

• Heavy data entry (3 years of experience is required)

• Accounts Payable (3 years of experience is required)
