- Represent PC Media Techs and associated brands at networking events
- Keep digital assets for PC Media Techs and associated brands organized
- Create and schedule social media posts monthly based on the promotional calendar
- Schedule and automate text and email blasts based on the promotional calendar
- Keep our community partners engaged through monthly newsletters
- Create calendar invites and add partners and individuals as instructed
- Manage customer service inbox, CMS and Dashboards
- Delegate inbox messages through appropriate team communication
- Set up automations for smoother workflow
- Practice preventative maintenance by testing and troubleshooting automations to improve workflows
- Create brand kits and logos that align with brand identity objectives
- Use templates to design creative and professional print materials and create customized mock-ups, labels, packaging, and promo items
- Import and sync products, manage approvals, and enter orders
- Create copy for websites, promotional schedules, documents, and related content
