Description We are seeking a skilled ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in the retail industry located in Birmingham, Alabama. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing your skills in CRM, Business Process Functions, and Workday ERP to manage and improve our customer relationship management systems. You will also be expected to understand and implement cloud technologies, client-side scripting, and database management.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in CRM to manage and improve our customer relationship systems.

• Understand and implement Business Process Functions to enhance our business operations.

• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents to ensure clear communication of business needs.

• Use your knowledge of Workday ERP to manage and improve our enterprise resource planning systems.

• Utilize Workday HCM to manage and improve our human capital management system.

• Leverage your knowledge of Workday HRIS to manage and improve our human resource information system.

• Implement and manage Cloud Technologies to enhance our business operations.

• Utilize your skills in client-side scripting to improve the user experience of our systems.

• Manage our database systems to ensure they are efficient and secure.

• Implement A/B testing to improve the performance of our systems. Requirements • Proficient in CRM

• In-depth understanding of Business Process Functions

• Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents

• Familiarity with Workday, Workday ERP, Workday HCM, and Workday HRIS

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot ERP/CRM system issues

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience in retail industry is desirable

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

• Knowledge of system development methodologies, project management, and system architecture

• Proven experience in successfully delivering ERP/CRM solutions within set timelines and budgets

• Strong understanding of retail business processes and their interrelationships

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional requirements

• Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support

• Must have a continuous improvement mindset and stay updated with ERP/CRM industry trends

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferable. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
