Job Skills / Requirements
Position Name: 3rd Shift Lead Distribution Center
Position Summary:
This position is a lead position which has a level of responsibility. It requires attention to detail and a sense of responsibility. Additional training will be required but will be completed on the job.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform leadership and organization tasks to ensure team members work efficiently and effectively during their respective shifts.
· Lead employees and assist with tasks as necessary
· Assign duties to specific employees based on role and skills
· Train new and current team members on tasks
· Handle customer issues and manage conflicts
· Adhere to company policies and procedures
Experience Qualifications:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Leadership skills like decision-making, motivation and goal setting
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Conflict resolution skills
· Comfortable with workplace technology such as computer software and tablets
Education Qualifications:
· High Scholl Diploma Required
· Some College Preferred
· 6 months of Security experience Required

· Walking
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification Requirements (Any)
Alabama Security Regulatory Board License Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
