At Regions, the Consumer Emerging Talent Program is designed to put motivated Analysts on track to develop exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills, gain exposure, and build relationships across a variety of business groups within the Consumer Bank. Emerging Talent Program Analysts will begin their career at Regions with a 12 month rotational program specifically designed to cultivate deep understanding of Consumer Banking as they view the work from multiple perspectives and leverage leadership opportunities that position them for future growth. The Consumer Emerging Talent Program offers two program tracks designed to refine a core set of skills that will be critical for long-term success: Consumer Support & Performance Solutions and Consumer Insights.

Business Segments Include :

Consumer Support & Performance Solutions

The Consumer Support & Performance Solutions program track includes rotations working within Retail Onboarding & Performance, Consumer Communications & Content, Project Management, and Consumer Fraud Strategy.

Consumer Insights

The Consumer Insights program track includes rotations working within Consumer Strategy, Customer Research and Experience, and Consumer Strategic Analytics.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities will vary by business group and rotation

  • Participates in a wide range of projects focused on Consumer Strategy, Customer Research and Experience, Consumer Analytics or Retail Onboarding & Performance, Consumer Communications & Content, Project Management, and Consumer Fraud Strategy

  • Gather and analyze relevant data needed to drive strategic business decisions and present findings to leadership

  • Gains valuable insight within a variety of functions while strengthening core skills and foundational knowledge needed to launch a successful career

  • Applies financial acumen and analytical skills to support a variety of projects as required by clients or business leaders

  • Gains understanding of the branch, customer contact center, LifeLine (internal help desk), Centralize Monitoring Group’s process to build foundational knowledge of the Consumer group

  • Conducts product, industry, sector and/or client research

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field

  • Record of strong academic success

  • Background or experience with data analytics and visualization

  • Previous Regions internship program participant

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$44,730.40 USD

Median:

$60,850.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:
