Operate farming equipment in order to harvest and haul small grain and pea crops. General farm duties such as servicing equipment, shop work and basic facility maintenance/upkeep.
Fully furnished kitchen provided. Workers will have access to grocery stores at least once per week.
The employer will provide a vehicle directly to the workers to drive themselves to and from the jobsite and housing as necessary on a day-to-day basis. There is no set schedule; generally, the workers will travel to and from the jobsite just before and after the workday. The workers will also be able to use the vehicle for personal errands and groceries at least once per week. The provided vehicle will be a pickup truck that seats 4 passengers and a pickup truck that seats 5.
The employer will provide advance transportation for reasonable (most economical) common carrier or other transportation which conforms to the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) in bound transportation (if it is the prevailing practice). If not the prevailing practice, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation costs and subsistence to the employer\'s work site when the worker completes 50% of the work period.
