About the Opportunity

Join our dynamic Decommissioning and Regeneration Solutions team in Birchwood, Warrington, as a Digital Process Manager. This pivotal role is born out of our growing portfolio of projects and our commitment to advancing our digital operations within the nuclear decommissioning and other growth sectors.

As a Digital Process Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our digital transformation, harnessing cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional outcomes in our challenging and innovative industries.

Being part of the Decommissioning and Regeneration Solutions business offers a unique opportunity to cultivate change and creativity in digital disruption, plant ownership, engineering, safety and delivery solutions across some of the most complex industrial sites in the UK, if not the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive implementation of digital strategy to optimize project execution and client outcomes in our Specialist Engineering sphere.

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing digital processes, identifying and implementing improvements to achieve strategic objectives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including technical experts, digital solution specialists, and change agents, to oversee digital transformation initiatives.

  • Develop digital communications for the group including use of advanced analytics and other digital communication methods.

  • Champion the integration of advanced digital solutions such as automation and artificial intelligence, ensuring alignment with the unique demands of nuclear decommissioning and specialist engineering.

  • Offer expertise on digital strategies tailored to the management of complex industrial sites, enhancing plant ownership, engineering processes, and safety protocols.

  • Manage and guide project-based workstreams focused on digital program delivery, transformation strategies, and operational model innovation.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration at all levels.

  • Act as a mentor and trainer in formal process improvement methodologies for both internal teams and external partners.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Proven experience in delivering digital transformation in complex organizational settings.

  • A strong background in digital and IT strategy, including implementation.

  • Expertise in technologies pertinent to the future of nuclear decommissioning.

  • A solid track record in consultancy within industrial sectors such as energy, defence, or infrastructure.

  • A collaborative and enthusiastic approach, capable of working effectively in diverse team environments.

  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary technology projects, particularly in demanding and goal-oriented environments.

  • Demonstrated ability in change management, digital project delivery, and culture change initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Emotional intelligence and the versatility to engage with a variety of stakeholders effectively.
