• Nhận yêu cầu từ quản lý trực tiếp và vận hành máy theo đúng tiêu chuẩn

• Tiếp nhận và triển khai các kế hoạch sản xuất sản phẩm liên quan đến máy móc từ cấp trên.

• Thực hiện kiểm tra các hạng mục bảo trì,bảo dưỡng mỗi ngày theo biểu bảo dưỡng máy móc

• Theo dõi sát sao thiết bị, máy móc trong quá trình vận hành. Tuần hoàn kiểm tra sản phẩm 20 phút/1 lần và ghi chép các thông số vào báo biểu

• Kịp thời phát hiện và xử lý vấn đề, nếu vượt quá tầm kiểm soát thì cần báo cáo ngay lên cấp trên để giải quyết, tránh làm trì trệ dây chuyền sản xuất và chậm tiến độ đơn hàng.

• Nếu trong quá trình tuần kiểm, kiểm tra sản phẩm phát hiện ra sản phẩm dị thường, lỗi cần phải cho máy ngưng sản xuất, điều chỉnh lại cho đúng với các yêu cầu kỹ thuật của bản vẽ. Phân loại các sản phẩm dị thường, lỗi. Đồng thời thông báo cho quản lý trực tiếp.

• Kết nối với các đồng nghiệp khác trong cùng tổ sản xuất, dây chuyền để thống nhất các vấn đề liên quan đến công việc.

• Luôn mang đầy đủ PPEs ( Kính bải hộ, Nút chống ồn, Giày bảo hộ) khi vào công ty và xuyên suốt quá trình làm việc.

• Khi gặp sự cố về máy móc hư hỏng không được tự ý chỉnh sửa mà phải thông báo cho đơn vị bảo trì đến khắc phục.

• Trong quá trình làm việc cần phải bảo quản, giữ gìn các thiết bị, dụng cụ liên quan thuộc tài sản của công ty.

• Thực hiện các công việc vệ sinh máy móc, công cụ, dụng cụ và khu vực làm việc mỗi ngày.

• Và một số công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
