A local law firm is looking to bring on some new talent to assist with their ever growing firms administrative and paralegal tasks.

Very laid back office environment that allows you to learn and grow and gain experience in the legal field.

typical day to day task are included but not limited to as follows:

-Typing legal documents from dictation

-answering phones, screening calls, relaying messages

-operating office equipment(Fax, computer, copier)

-Maintaining all shared documents on share drive electronically

-prepare bills and e-bills as necessary

-Preparing Documents

-Requesting medical records

-Assisting 8 attorneys as needed

-preparing subpoenas

-Fast typing skills is a major PLUS

Requirements Administrative Assistance, Administrative Law, Answering Inbound Calls, Typing over 60 WPM
