Behavioral Health Professional Supervisor - Send resume and cover letter to: Catholic Charities, 232 Main Street, Binghamton, NY 13905 or via e-mail at hr@ccbc.net. <P> QUALIFICATIONS <LI> Education/Experience <LI> Master's Degree in Human Services field required <LI> NYS Licensure/ LCSW-R Certification Required <LI> Five years' experience working in Behavioral Health <P> Skills <LI> Knowledge of mental illness diagnoses <LI> Knowledge of Dual Disorders <LI> Ability to work with the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team <LI> Familiar with community agencies and resources <LI> Good organizational, diagnostic, and assessment skills <LI> Good oral and written communication skills <LI> Good time management skills <LI> Leadership abilities with strong supervisory skills <LI> Familiar with computer programs (e.g. Word, Excel, EHR) <LI> The ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach and lift items weighting up to 40 lbs. <LI> Ability to legally operate a vehicle in NYS <P> RESPONSIBLE TO: Manager <P> MAJOR FUNCTIONS <LI> Primary Duties <LI> Provide clinical supervision <LI> Provide clinical leadership in team meetings and in developing support services <LI> Provide services that may include family, marital, individual and/or group psychotherapy <LI> Participate as requested on related human service committees or councils <LI> Prepare reports as required by regulation <LI> Responsible for case record maintenance and other data in accordance with program policy and requirements <LI> Conduct Care Plan Meetings with all relevant providers <LI> Participate in provision of service by completion of all required assessments <LI> Act as resource/consultant for team members <LI> Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, may be required to participate in after hours on call rotation or provide back-up <LI> Review all team related incidents <LI> Maintain records according to applicable standards and regulations <LI> Understand and follow all program policies and procedures <LI> Represent the agency and program in the community and with other service providers <LI> Participate in and successfully complete all required staff training and development activities <LI> Perform other related tasks as directed by supervisor <LI> In compliance with all applicable government laws, rules, regulations and standards and all Catholic Charities Policies and Procedures the duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the above. <LI> Catholic Charities of Broome County is an equal opportunity employer.
