Guthrie Administrative Assistant-System Care Management- Full Time in Binghamton, New York

Position Summary:

Performs a full range of Administrative duties in support of the Leadership team of the assigned Department. Maintains strict confidentiality. Must have the ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure with a professional demeanor.

Education, License & Cert:

High School Diploma or equivalency is required.

Experience:

2 years prior Administrative experience required.

Essential Functions:

  1. Maintains professional interpersonal skills.

  2. Ability to multi‐task and prioritize work in accordance with changing deadlines. Including the ability to overcome objectives and manage projects to a close.

  3. Answer phones, schedules meetings to include locations and maintains Leadership calendars.

  4. Responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.

  5. Composes correspondence and other department specific Administrative reports and disseminates to the appropriate individuals.

  6. File’s correspondence and maintains accurate records.

  7. Assist with compiling financial statistical data and reports as assigned.

  8. Handles confidential matters concerning clinical policies and practices.

  9. Performs other related work as assigned.

Other Duties:

  1. Travel for this position is sometimes required.

  2. Participation in community and employee engagement activities is required.

The pay ranges from $16.00-$22.37 per hour
