Core Responsibilities

  • Establish, lead, and describe documentation for Gaming User Generated Content (UGC) experiences for players and creators.

  • Work closely with partners to enable the best onboarding experience into LEGO game creation experiences.

  • Good understanding of what the tools can do and how to use them.

  • Work closely with our brand and legal teams in terms of communication brand and creation guidelines.

  • Lead the content pipeline for onboarding and documentation and educate key customers in how to use it.

  • Define objectives and key results for the area and day to day work.

  • Be a driving force and standout colleague in exploring new digital play within LEGO GAME, support your peers in their problem solving, by tapping into outstanding external creator ideas and capabilities.

  • Implement the right LEGO Tone of Voice and Copy for LEGO creation experiences and players playing them.

  • Ability to write the copy for onboarding documentation

The LEGO GAME team is responsible for all game products across the LEGO Group. We use gaming as a way to explore new digital play and at the same time want to enable our fans to do the same.

Please note: This is a permanent positions based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrable experience as a product leader where you have directly led teams through product/program discovery, launch and ongoing performance improvement.

  • Experience working with creators, influencers or community management.

  • Experience working with gaming ecosystem, tools & platforms and UGC.

  • Being a great teammate, with a positive demeanor and good collaboration and communication skills.

  • Experience working with documentation, copy and editorial planning and localisation

  • Passion to create and work with creative partners

  • Thrives upon change. Comfortable concepting, producing and evolving creator programs

  • Ability to organise and create transparency around own work, and the work of others

  • Proven ability in building and leading strong product teams, inspiring and empowering them to work towards common goals

  • Experience in transformational work, including defining and improving ways of working between your team and partners.
