Core Responsibilities

In this role, you'll lead a talented group of engineers, drive our technical practices, and contribute hands-on as part of a collaborative team. You'll support Agile methodologies, foster a DevSecOps culture, and help grow our talent pipeline through diverse initiatives.

Product Delivery Technology is a crucial component of the Consumer and Marketing Technology organization within Digital Technology. Our department is dedicated to the creation of cutting-edge digital products, spanning product development, digital building experiences, workflow management and digital content creation. We operate at the intersection of innovation, creativity, and technology, committed to delivering solutions that drive excellence across different domains in the LEGO Group.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Solid hands-on Software engineering experience

  • Experienced with at least one modern programming language, like Typescript, GoLang, etc

  • Professional experience in software development and a good understanding of technology

  • Hands-on experience in cloud native development and corresponding services as well as architecture design patterns

  • Strong interest in developing and guiding others

Bonus qualifications:

  • Familiarity with LEGO® Product Development and LEGO® Development Process

  • Solid understanding of and experience in Software Quality Assurance processes, tools, and methodology

  • Proficient in modern technology stacks and architectural patterns like event driven architectures and microservices

  • Prior experience with domain driven design
