This exciting opportunity as Marketing Manager provides a dynamic platform to showcase your skills and contribute significantly to the success of LEGO ® City!

Core Responsibilities

  • Together with the Project Lead and Creative lead,supportthe Head of Product andMarketing Lead in shaping theportfolio and marketing strategy for the coming years

  • Supervise andanalyzebusiness performance of the franchise against industry and competitors, bringing the most relevant insights to the Lead Team

  • Collaborate on robust plans and engage with markets to drive performance and regional dialogues on different topics, including assortment strategy, marketing plans & performance

  • Lead the sell-in process using insights and market feedback to drive portfolio success

  • Be the champion of Shopper thinking within the franchise, making sure the work of the whole marketing team always has a strong shopper lense

The Global Product & Marketing department develops and manages the global portfolio of concepts and products – short, medium, and long term - andare responsible fordeveloping a portfolio which can deliver to the consumer sales and profitabilityobjectivesof the LEGO Group.

You will play a key role supporting the Lead Team, Marketing team, and Design team through the development process of products and campaign assets.

Become our LEGO® City ambassador by sharing relevant insights with a variety of internal and external partners toidentifychallenges and growth opportunities!

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience from a similar role in Marketing, product marketing, or Marketing Communications within an international environment preferably from FMCG or a relevant consumer facing brand

  • Passionate about understanding consumers and creating meaningful product and brand experiences for kids

  • Ability to build relationships and make an impact across various regionsandcultures

  • Amazing data analytics and data storytelling skills and a big motivation for translating numbers into action

  • Business related digital literacy and experienced Excel user
