Please note the role will be based in Billund, Denmark and there is no relocation budget for this position.
Core Responsibilities
This role will lead research and content development for the Core and Pre-School Squad, driving insights that shape product, marketing, and experience strategies. It involves introducing innovative research methods, managing partnerships with research agencies, and collaborating closely with Global Insights and internal teams. By aligning research efforts with business goals, the role promotes an experimental, consumer-first mentality. Additionally, the individual will contribute to the Brand and Audiences Center of Excellence, delivering actionable insights on key audiences and using external inspiration to enhance consumer engagement.

Global Insights is the LEGO Group’s central research hub, focusing on areas like concept development, product and marketing innovation, go-to-market strategies, and brand performance. Its mission is to shape the LEGO brand’s future through impactful insights and strong partnerships.
This Manager role, part of the Center of Excellence team, drives research projects that support data-driven decisions and innovation. While not a formal leadership role, it plays a key part in achieving strategic goals through innovative research methods.
Do you have what it takes?
We’re seeking a globally minded professional with a good background in research and insights, complemented by a relevant education. You excel at uncovering the why behind behaviors and translating insights into actionable strategies that drive impactful business outcomes.
You bring proven experience from research agencies, consultancies, or insights management roles, ideally within fast-paced, innovative environments in similar industries or companies. Your curiosity drives you to investigate data, while your analytical mentality and business sense ensure decisions are grounded in insights. You thrive in collaborative settings, working seamlessly across teams, cultures, and always aiming for a “We Win” approach.
You’re confident presenting at all levels, with excellent English proficiency for clear and impactful communication. You synthesize complex information into actionable insights and keep the audience at the heart of your work. Up to 20–40 travel days per year are expected for research and texting on ad-hoc basis.
