HR Advisor – er du specialist indenfor tidsadministrations feltet, så se her.

Primære arbejdsopgaver:

• Sikre, at tidsadministration for timelønnede medarbejdere i Danmark er korrekt og klar til deadline for lønkørsel.

• Sikre opfølgning på og løsning af lønproblematikker relateret til tidsadministration.

• Teste nye funktionaliteter og processer.

• Informere medarbejdere, ledere og BSO Service Desk om ændringer til eksisterende processer.

• Deltage i tværfaglige møder for at diskutere og løse udfordringer.

• Besvare og løse indkomne problematikker (som vi modtager via vores Service Now system).

• Samarbejde i eget team omkring refusion, lærlinge, e-indkomst m.v.

P&O Operations Nordics er en del af P&O Operations NEU & WEU. P&O Operations Nordics spiller en vigtig rolle i at understøtte/hjælpe den nordiske del af virksomheden, og vores ansvarsområder dækker fejringer af medarbejdere, refusioner, tidsadministration for timelønnede medarbejdere.

Har du hvad det kræver?

• Er kontoruddannet eller har lignende erhvervserfaring.

• 3-5 års erfaring fra en organisation, der har både funktionærer og timelønnede medarbejdere.

• Har erfaring med dansk lovgivning/overenskomster samt tidsadministration/løn.

• Har erfaring med SAP og gerne også Workday.

• Er god til at kommunikere i både skrift og tale, på dansk og engelsk.

• Ved, hvordan man arbejder med fortrolig data.

• Har kendskab til Office pakken – i særdeleshed Excel.

• Har gode samarbejdsevner og formår at samarbejde i en global kontekst.

• Kan lide at arbejde hen mod en deadline.

• Er struktureret og har en interesse i detaljer, når det er påkrævet.

• Er en holdspiller – “vi er ET team”, der gerne tager initiativ.

• Er empatisk og fleksibel.

• Har humor og kan lide at grine og have det sjovt med dine kollegaer.
