The Billings Fire Cache is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team for an exciting outdoor job opportunity. We are hiring up to 10 people for a 6-to-8-week assignment (with the possibility of extending longer) to support the essential upkeep and readiness of our firefighting gear. As a member of our team, you will play a hands-on role in testing, cleaning, repairing, and rolling fire hoses that have been used in emergency fire responses. This job will involve being outdoors most of the day, so if you enjoy staying active and working outside, this is a perfect opportunity for you! What you'll be doing: - Inspecting and testing fire hoses to ensure they're in top shape for the next emergency. - Cleaning and repairing hoses that have been in the field. - Rolling and organizing fire hoses after they've been cleaned and dried. - Lots of walking and outdoor activity, perfect for those who love staying on the move!
