Summary of Position:
The College of Arts, Sciences and Education (CASE) seeks applications for an Accreditation Coordinator who will coordinate all aspects of national accreditation, including unit accreditation review, state and national pre-visits and visits, and manage the analysis and reporting of data. This position will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, administration, and students in the college to develop, implement, and monitor a system of assessment and continuous improvement to ensure programs are meeting learning outcomes and standards appropriate for accreditation and other reporting requirements. CASE currently has two accredited programs, the School of Education and the Social Work program. This position may also assist to improve our readiness for large Federal grants (FIPSE, HRSA, etc.) that require extensive data not typically collected or readily available at Ferris. This position will report directly to the CASE Dean and work closely with dept. chairs/heads that have accredited/specialized programs. The anticipated start date for this position is March 2024. However, this is an estimated date and can be revised if needed.
