General Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of piece work operations utilizing hand tools and/or assembling, milling, hot stamping, lathes, and welding machines to ensure product meets customer specifications.
Contribute to the team\'s efforts in the assigned group to meet daily goals in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity.
Contribute efforts to maintain zero lost time accidents, both in the area and throughout the plant.
Drive and support efforts to maintain good housekeeping practices in the assigned group and throughout the facility.
Other duties as assigned by management.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has some machine operator or CNC/ Lathe experience.
Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time
Ability to work in hot environment
Basic Math Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalency
