Job Summary Responsible for new business development, portfolio management, credit quality and overall relationship management of an assigned portfolio of customers. Generate revenue by developing and maintaining commercial account relationships. Position will have annual growth goals of approximately $20 million in loan outstandings, $1.5 to $2 million in deposits, and over $250 thousand in combined SWAP and Treasury fees. Annual revenue from this production is estimated at $750 thousand to $800 thousand and will compound annually. Senior RM may handle more complex relationships and mentor junior RM's.
Pay Range: $126,000.00 - $190,000.00 - $254,000.00
Job Responsibilities: Generate revenue by developing and maintaining commercial account relationships. Accountable areas are: Loan production Deposit gathering Fee production Loan quality measured by loan review, delinquencies, charge-offs, exceptions Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Complete all required compliance training. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. Take responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Finance or related field. Master's Degree in a related field is strongly desired 12 years of experience in commercial lending (either production or credit roles) Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements Strong negotiation skills. Knowledge of financial analysis; credit analysis skills Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills Excellent customer service and community relations skills Some travel required; amount depends on assigned market
