As a hybrid Pharmacy Senior Manager at our Cedars-Sinai Medical Network, you will provide provides leadership, manages and monitors all aspects of the Pharmacy(ies), including staffing, personnel performance, productivity, patient safety, quality improvement, and budget management. You will assist in coordinating and managing all activities of the pharmacy staff in the provision of safe, cost-effective and clinically appropriate medication therapies. Develops, implements, supports and evaluates pharmacy process improvement initiatives that reduce drug costs and waste, ensure appropriate reimbursement, improve operational efficiency, and promotes cost-effective and clinically appropriate drug utilization. Responsible for the financial analysis and oversight of department revenue and budgetsprovides leadership, manages and monitors all aspects of the Pharmacy(ies), including staffing, personnel performance, productivity, patient safety, quality improvement, and budget management. Qualifications

Educational Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.)

License/Certification/Registration Requirements

• Current California Pharmacist license required

• Completion of postgraduate residency or fellowship training (preferably in ambulatory/primary care)

• American Heart Association (AHA) approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the probationary period

What else are we looking for?

• 6 years of progressing experience in the delivery of ambulatory or primary care pharmacy management or Completion of postgraduate residency or fellowship training (preferably in ambulatory/primary care).
