Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Experience Required: 2-3 years in HVAC construction (not HVAC service experience)

Work Hours: 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM (No Overtime)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a mid-level HVAC Installer for a 6-month temp-to-hire contract. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in HVAC construction. This role requires some blueprint reading skills, proficiency in assembling, insulating, and sealing ductwork, running refrigerant piping, pulling low voltage wiring, installing equipment, and brazing. Candidates must have their own hand tools.

Responsibilities:

First Day Tasks:

  • Install ductwork (rigid & spiral)

  • Install refrigerant piping

  • Read and interpret blueprints to some extent

  • Assemble, insulate, and seal ductwork

  • Run refrigerant piping

  • Install HVAC equipment

  • Assist with brazing tasks

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HVAC construction

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints to some extent

  • Assembling, insulating, and sealing ductwork (rigid & spiral)

  • Experience running refrigerant piping

  • Knowledge of how to install HVAC equipment

  • Brazing helping skills

  • Must have some own hand tools

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Beverly Hills, California.

Work Environment

New construction of 50,000 square foot custom home in Beverly Hills. Will be physical work in non-climate controlled environment. Company takes excellent care of their employees. Uniform and PPE besides boots will be provided. 6:45-3:30 No OT. Parking is shuttled from down the hill but they will set up a job box for workers to leave their hand tools and supplies.
