Job Description

We are seeking an experienced operator to join our C shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for minimizing scrap on each machine, verifying correct color concentration, preparing for and monitoring product changeovers, and verifying line clearances. The operator will also compare cycle times to standards, support packers during breaks and lunches, and ensure the correct operation of downstream equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor product changeovers

• Identify and react to unusual sounds/alarms with machinery

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on assigned equipment

• Minimize scrap and verify accuracy of work

• Noting and comparing cycle times to standards

• Complete production line reports

Qualifications

• Previous experience with operating any kind of machinery (injection molding, manuals, CNC, etc.)

• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Additional Information:

• Rotating shift

• 7pm - 7am (2 on / 2 off, 3 on / 3 off)

• Weekly pay + full benefits (medical/dental/vision)

• Shift premium offered on off-shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50
