FlexStaff Buildings and Grounds Worker in Bethpage, New York
Responsibilities Include: Building maintenance including trash pick-up, spot cleaning as needed (carpet and/or other), ground level window cleaning (interior/exterior), restroom maintenance, store front and drive up power wash services, distribution and recovery of critical equipment and components, etc.
Conduct site inspections including cleaning service overview deficiencies and maintenance concerns (i.e. lighting, plumbing, electric)
Van maintenance including complete/submit/log of inspection forms, van storage and van removal
Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and completion of Monthly Task Sheet
Securing of areas including opening of picnic area and closure of branch front entrance
Ability to stand, bend, lift, climb, kneel and lift over 50lbs.
Must be able to travel, enter and exit a vehicle without assistance
Must have a valid drivers license
