Description We are looking for a reliable strategic thinker to join our team as a Director of Finance. This position will contribute significantly to the profitability of the company in cooperation with establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems.

Job responsibilities: Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department Assist in company-wide budgetary planning Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed Monitor, manage and up to date with changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the business Manage the finance team of [enter number of direct reports] Employ strategies to ensure our financial goals are met and adhere to approved budgets Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field. MBA or a related advanced degree is preferred A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior financial managerial position Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Strong Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Deep understanding of business principles and practices Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information Strong knowledge of financial legislation CPA is highly preferred
