Duties: Design and develop highly scalable model on Varicent ICM V10. Develop complex calculations, reports and datastores. Understand the existing Mainframe Bonus Application and extensive enhancements and work with Business to convert them into Varicent Requirements. Actively participate in Backlog refinement sessions. Provide inputs to convert all requirements to Varicent Based User Stories, and estimate them. Publish reports in batch mode from ICM V10 model. Develop and debug webform using JS and other libraries. Work with security configuration using portal access and task manager. Develop and optimize complex SQL query for efficient imports. Work on Informatica-ETL to load data in external systems. Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that automate number of manual business processes. Understand group insurance business and compensation models. Coordinate with the product owner to understand and gather requirements. Work with business to review and capture requirements and translate the same to solution design for offshore development team. Prepare design documents, wireframes, calculations, Presenter Reports and Access control. Validate all deliveries before providing to the Business. Work with the ETL team for data requirement and data conversion process. Perform migration, defect fixing, and loading data from several inbound data sources. Follow Agile methodology. Coordinate with the offshore team for queries and knowledge transfer.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a Senior Software Engineer-related occupation.
