We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-ServiceRestaurant Managerto join our team at 40North Group'sSteelworksrestaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences, leading a team to success, and ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
Lead, mentor, and train restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings, ensuring variety, quality, and profitability.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to communicate updates, policies, and procedures.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to remain competitive in the market.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a full-service dining environment.
Ability to work a 50 hour work week
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and financial analysis.
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
ServSafe Certification or equivalent food safety training preferred.
