Description

Robert Half is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join a dynamic and local organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting with prospective clients, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to drive sales growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a pipeline of prospective clients and manage the end-to-end sales process.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with current and potential clients.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering value through your insights and understanding of their needs.

  • Deliver professional sales presentations tailored to client interests, utilizing a consultative approach to address client needs effectively.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company policies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to provide insights and remain competitive in the market.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to adapt strategies according to market dynamics.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and follow-up actions using CRM software.

  • Prepare regular updates and reports for management on sales activities, results, and forecasts.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outside sales or a related client-facing role.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is a plus.

  • A valid driver’s license may be required depending on the geographic region.
