Rate of Pay: $165k to $195k/year
Job Duties: Lead the technical aspects and implementation of large portals built on React platform. Design, develop, and deploy large-scale cloud-based Front End systems. Work as part of a scrum team to implement business requirements in a timely, performance-centric, and maintainable manner. Collaborate with Technical Teams, Technical Managers, Project Managers, and subject matter experts to understand, plan, and implement solutions. Support installation of new or modified systems, providing post-implementation support. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, legal, infrastructure, and administrative/corporate processes and policies. Ensure project success by reviewing project plans, timelines, estimates, dependencies, and requirements documents while providing feedback. Partner with stakeholders to educate, negotiate, and influence them on implementation options and risks. Act independently and as part of a team to translate business and technical requirements into well-engineered, tested, and deployed applications. Manage the Offshore Team including providing direction to the offshore developers and offshore managers, monitoring of the daily progress and workflow, solving issues including those on conflicting priorities, and providing team support and recognition.
May telecommute.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Lead Frontend Engineer-related occupation.
