Job Description

*Salary for this position is between 150-160K depending on years of experience.

 · Facilitate comprehensive data collection using cloud computing, mobile technology, and data analytics

 · Support nationwide field operations, enabling coverage of hard-to-reach populations

 · Improve government efficiency with the use of modern technologies that reduce complexity and drive right-size scaling to meet operational demands

 · Designing and integrating mobile device solutions, field IT infrastructure, and identity management systems to support nationwide data collection

 · Developing and implementing an integrated operations center and help desk system to manage and monitor census operations in real-time

 · Conducting comprehensive gap analysis and risk assessments to ensure all systems meet operational requirements

 · Planning and executing rigorous testing to validate solution interoperability, scalability, and performance under realistic operational conditions

 · Collaborating closely with the government teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with operational needs

 · Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation and solution architecture design recommendations and providing actionable insights to inform planning for the program

Skills and Requirements

· Primarily remote work arrangement with occasional need for in-person meetings in the DC, MD, and VA area and potential for short term travel to program sites

 · BA/BS with 5+ years experience leading projects in one of the skill areas above

 · Ability to use creative problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges

 · Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels

 · Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively · Experience working in a government or public sector environment is a plus

 · Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field desired

Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco, PMP) are a plus null
