•Under the general supervision of the Nursing Informatics Manager, reviews, analyzes and evaluates information technology systems operation processes.

•Provides technical assistance, support and advice to users; troubleshoots, interprets, tests and resolves user issues. Determines application training needs, develops and facilitates sessions.

•Able to proactively address the business issues of the Nurse and Physician and Ancillary caregiver.

•Participates with input into the design, configuration and training of the current electronic health record system.

•Provides leadership, IS clinical vision, fiscal accountability and direction towards accomplishing the goals and objectives of the organization.

-RN or Healthcare certification. Epic Credentialed or Certification preferred.

-Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a Healthcare Science related field; in lieu of a degree, a combination of college credits, other formalized training or education, and directly related work experience. Course work in project management and/ or training preferred. -Experience in providing education in a clinical environment, using a variety of modes.

• Experience with clinical/ financial electronic health record systems.

• Five to six years in health care setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
