We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Sales team at the Bethesdan Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton . As the Sales Coordinator , you will be supporting our Sales, Catering and Reservations team and the overall operations to ensure a high quality guest service experience for all. Ultimately, you are entrusted with administrative duties that help keep our team on track and the department running smoothly. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, preparing and distributing reports and flyers, taking inquiries, relaying messages, ordering office supplies, making reservations, etc. Your outgoing and engaging personality, combined with meticulous organizational and time management skills will be a great asset in this role.
Hourly rate range for this full time position is $19-22 per hour. Hilton experience and OnQ experience preferred. The ability to effectively learn and use various property management systems required.
