The Database Coordinator will work within the Suburban Hospital Foundation, which serves as the fundraising arm of Suburban Hospital. The Foundation is focused on raising funds for capital projects, cutting-edge programs, nursing education, enhanced clinical programming and state-of-the-art technology.
The Database Coordinator is responsible formanaging and maintaining the Foundation’s fundraising software, Raiser’s Edge, to effectively capture donor information and generate accurate financial and analytical reports. Manage the gift donation process, including the receipt of gifts, logging, reporting, and acknowledgment and depositing of donations. Work in partnership with Suburban and Johns Hopkins Medicine financial teams to prepare monthly reports for Suburban leadership and Foundation Board of Trustees.
Provide Maintenance and support of the Foundations's Raiser's Edge database including but not limited to:
Ensuring data integrity
Updating and inputting all constituent data
Entering gifts and pledges
Monitoring and generating pledge reminders
Importing, exporting and extracting data
Developing and implementing policies to guide data entry
Segmenting data to meet parameters of various mailings
Preparing detailed reports
Constructing queries, reports and exports
Performing analytics on constituent mailings
Monitor prospect tracking and activity
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of three years of related experience
Proficiency in Raiser's Edge Software
Basic knowledge of financial reporting
Hours:
Full Time, 40hrs per week
Day shift, 8:30a - 5p
