As a Jackson Hewitt Tax Preparer your responsiblitiies are:
• Preparing electronic tax returns by conducting customer interviews using proprietary software
• Providing world class customer service by clearly explaining what results in each client\'s refund or balance due and their options to receive a refund or pay a balance due
• Maintain the offices that you work in to deliver a professional and enjoyable experience to your clients
Each applicant must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Employment begins in January and ends in April. Various worksite locations include Delmont, Murrysville, and New Kensington.
Various shifts available weekdays and weekends, day and evening.
