SAP Solution Architect - 1203635400
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: The SAP Solution Architect will own the overall SAP solution architecture, design, and delivery of the SAP solution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of deploying complex SAP projects and driving continuous improvement to the overall SAP solution. This leader will sign-off on all design-decisions across all functions. This role will report into the SAP Program Director.
Key Responsibilities * Review business requirements and translate the requirements into an architectural solution blueprint. * Understand the business impacts on key technical decisions. * Sign-off on the overall SAP system solutions. * Responsible for the solution architecture, design and delivery of the SAP solution. * Responsible for all integrated systems/processes into the SAP landscape. * Partner with an integration partner specializing in SAP configuration, implementation, and support. * Work across other functions including Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Manufacture, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report to ensure alignment within SAP S/4 solution. * Review and sign-off on all design decisions. * Develop a scalable architecture and supports SAP's best practices. * Deep knowledge of the SAP solutions. * Build out a business capability roadmap beyond the initial deployments.
Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience * Minimum of 10 years as an SAP Solution Architect and/or functional lead * Minimum of 2 full S/4HANA implementations * Experience with functional solution design * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Must have experience with a large global company of $1 billion in revenue or more * Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA landscape * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to self-motivate and successfully work on multiple projects. * Experience in government regulated industries * Strong leadership skills and proven ability to adapt leadership style to different situations and people as well as to a complex business structure. * Willing to travel on a project basis * SAP certification is a plus
