PA Associate Construction Defense Litigation Attorney (KOP Area - 0-5 Years)

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in construction litigation defense, handling cases related to construction defects, environmental law, and professional liability claims.

• Work collaboratively with a team of experienced attorneys to develop case strategies and manage litigation from inception through resolution.

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Engage in discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and requests for production of documents.

• Participate in mediation, arbitration, and trial proceedings as necessary.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) / Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an ABA accredited law school.

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required; admission to the New Jersey (NJ) Bar is a plus.

• 0-5 years of experience in construction litigation or related legal fields.

• An undergraduate degree in architecture, engineering, or another science is a plus.

• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Work Schedule: Full-time position.

• Salary: $100,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
