Veralto European Fleet Manager in Berlin, Germany

The Fleet Manager is responsible for managing the HACH fleet in Europe and Turkiye proactively. The main tasks of this position cover Disposition, Administration, Data management, Procurement and Service for Company Car drivers, also from a cost perspective. All actions taken are based on Veralto Fleet Policy. Establish best practices through collaboration with other Veralto Opcos.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Management of the European car fleet

  • Management and Administration of the German Hach fleet such as ordering vehicles, contract management, contact person for company car drivers, Accident Management, Invoice Management, overall responsible for smoothly running fleet operations, etc.

  • Monthly fleet reporting

  • Data management

  • Responsibility for the contractual relations with the partner companies; leasing companies, OEMs, car dealers, etc.

  • Ensure compliance with Veralto and HACH corporate policies

  • Communication with all the European entities (local fleet administrators), Managers, and subject matter responsible staff

  • Regular communication with Finance: setting up KPIs for fleet, statistic reviews

  • Contract changes for EMEA (mileage, duration)

  • Fuel and Charging Card Management

  • Cost saving initiatives

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor in business management or similar

  • Excellent PC Skills: Microsoft office applications

  • Experience as Fleet administrator

  • Understanding of business` and driver's needs

  • Fluent in English and German language
