What youll do

• As a Business Analyst - Business Intelligence, you are responsible for the professional conception of analyses, reports and dashboards from the IT Service Management System (ITSM) and connected sources

• You develop and implement customer- or supplier-specific analyzes and evaluations

• As a Business Analyst - Business Intelligence, you will develop a consistent look & feel for reports and dashboards tailored to your target group

• You support the connection and maintenance of data sources to the ITSM to further develop analysis skills

• Regular exchange with various stakeholders allows you to continuously improve the quality of individual reports and dashboards

• You are enabler to make data-driven decisions possible

What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience in data visualization, data science or a related field

• Knowledge of methods, instruments and techniques for creating reports and dashboards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and solve complex data-based problems

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly working in cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Initial experience with BI and ITSM tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Salesforce, SQL) for creating reports and dashboards is desirable

• Independent acceptance and responsibility for work packages from the subject area with the associated prioritization

• Fluent German and English language skills
