Wayfair Brand Management Intern in Berlin, Germany

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are seeking a talented, driven and friendly individual to join our European Brand Management team to join us on our hyper-growth journey in Europe as a recent graduate Associate Brand Manager.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The EU Brand Management team is the key driver for bringing our global Brand promise to life and hence a key enabler for brand awareness and preference growth with mass audiences. Our team is a diverse, inclusive and an international group of customer advocates who enjoy moving fast and taking smart risks. Our Berlin-based team owns and drives a full suite of activities across Europe including Brand Localization, 360 Omni-Channel Marketing Campaigns, Consumer Insights, and more.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>


<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a Brand Management Intern, you will be supporting the creation of complex, cross-channel campaigns. You will continuously seek to improve and innovate to meet performance and brand health targets by synthesising consumer insights, driving campaign briefing and overseeing competitive intel while collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure broad implementation of your actionable insights.&nbsp;</span></p>


<h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3>


<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support the planning, ideating and execution of our brand messaging strategy and omni-channel brand campaigns&nbsp; to meet performance targets and drive long-term brand health</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Plan campaign timelines, execute and manage campaign milestones across a large stakeholder group</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support the team in devising testing plans and synthesising data from consumer insights to inform and optimise customer-facing content and strategies</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with&nbsp; Creative, Consumer Insight and Marketing teams to maximize campaign impact&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monitor and report on campaign performance to surface and implement actionable insights</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Challenge the status quo, proactively identify roadblocks, propose solutions and drive initiatives to innovate and improve existing processes / strategies&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Keep a structured pulse on the competitive landscape and support the wider team with highlighting any emerging trends both onsite and offline, proactively suggesting ideas and opportunities</span></li>



<p><strong>What You'll Need</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span></p>


<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fluent in English, Proficiency in German is a strong plus&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor’s degree or higher and strong academic record in economics, marketing, brand management, consumer insights, business or related field&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborative personality, excellent communication, both written and verbal&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and learn quickly</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Affinity towards analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in G Suite and Excel&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Impressive organizational skills with track-record for successful cross-functional team work&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Enthusiastic, with proven ability to hit the ground running and handle ambiguity</span></li>
