Kelly Services Customer Service Manager in Berlin, Connecticut

Manager Customer Service - Customer Care

This position provides overall direction, guidance, leadership, management, and accountability

to the customer service and field service teams, delivers outstanding customer

service to our internal, and external, customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and deliver a positive, friendly and pleasant experience while exceeding our customers’ expectations.

  • Recruit, hire, and train customer service representatives and field service staff.

  • Develop strategies and solutions to improve the overall customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer files and documentation.

  • Anticipate and resolve customer service issues.

  • Evaluate staff performance in the department.

  • Provide excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.

  • Learn, maintain, improve, and follow all Customer Service and Field Service procedures and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

· Three to five years of previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.

· Ability to analyze data and statistics and translate results into better solutions.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Advanced computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, and updating customer data.

· Ability to use a Help Desk/and/or CRM system is preferred.

· Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role.

· Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
