The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Security and Fire Operations Senior Manager to join the team in Berkeley, MO .

Boeing’s Security and Fire Operations organization is a highly impactful and influential organization that works across all business functions within Boeing, its subsidiaries, and its security service providers to mitigate risk to Boeing’s people, property, products and information. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic leader for our security and fire operations in the Greater St. Louis, MO area and accompanying areas of responsibility.

The selected leader is responsible for:

  • Boeing Security Operations

  • Uniformed Security Operations

  • Fire Operations

  • Site Security Risk Assessments

  • Aviation Security

  • Threat Management

  • Emergency Management (Incident Management Team/Crisis Management Working Group)

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads Security and Fire Operations at for our St. Louis Regional campuses as well as our operations located in St. Clair County, IL

  • Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees and managers

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options .

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with Security and Fire Operations or uniformed security policies, procedures, disciplines and requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing programs, organizational operations, enterprise services, and/or functional leadership

  • 5+ years of experience building a team and developing employees

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience as a strategic business partner with strong customer support, and excellent teamwork

  • 5+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication

  • Experience working independently and effectively with team members who are in a virtual environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $148,750 – $201,250
