Senior Manager, Indirect Sourcing – Marketing, Content & Creative Services
Division: Operations
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ with frequent travel to New York, NY (Hudson Yards)
Reports To: Director, Indirect Sourcing, Marketing

What You Will Do:
As the Senior Manager – Sourcing Content & Creative Services, you will be responsible to develop, provide and implement sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, practicing formalized sourcing best practices and abiding by standards and procedures. You will be also responsible for identifying and implementing cost savings initiatives while improving the quality of L’Oréal’s supplier base and optimizing performance across L’Oreal USA.
In this position you will work in close partnership with the US Sourcing, US Business Partners, CDMO Content and Creative Services teams as well as L’Oreal USA brand teams to support key initiatives. You will report directly into the Director Sourcing – Content & Creative Strategies.

What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Finance , Engineering, Marketing or similar discipline;
7+ years purchasing experience, preferably with experience in strategic sourcing and category management or at Media/Advertising/Digital Agency;
High degree of financial and analytical aptitude a must;
Excellent influencing and negotiating skills;
Exceptionally strong Excel and MS office skills;
Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to handle various situations, multiple priorities, changing business needs;
Ability to develop a strategic Point of View on existing or social media e-commerce, emerging platforms – As a plus
Understanding of the media agency and ad tech ecosystem (Ad Serving, Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply Side Platforms (SSPs) – As a plus
Understanding of CRM technical ecosystem and tactical implementation with Business Service Providers – As a plus
